Tous les candidats satisfaisant aux crit\u00e8res d\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 \u00e9nonc\u00e9s dans ledit Code sont admis \u00e0 soumissionner.<\/p>\n<p>Les int\u00e9ress\u00e9s peuvent obtenir des compl\u00e9ments d\u2019informations aupr\u00e8s de la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019ENASTIC et peuvent examiner le dossier de la consultation d\u2019avis d\u2019offres \u00e0 l\u2019adresse indiqu\u00e9e ci-apr\u00e8s\u00a0: <strong>Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019ENASTIC BP 5363 N\u2019Djam\u00e9na<\/strong> \u2013 Tchad du lundi au vendredi.<\/p>\n<p>4.Les candidats int\u00e9ress\u00e9s peuvent retirer un jeu complet de l\u2019Appel d\u2019Offres \u00e0 l\u2019adresse au plus tard le <strong>27 juillet 2018 \u00e0 10<\/strong> <strong>heures <\/strong>tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cises.
